We are intentionally boutique. Every member of our team is a senior practitioner in their own right — with active client work, published credentials, and years of direct field experience. Raj Kapur leads the practice and personally scopes every engagement. RAJ KAPUR — Founder & CEO | Fractional CFO, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching
Raj founded Options Ahead after a 30-year career as a nonprofit CFO, leading multi-million-dollar turnarounds, mergers, and organizational transformations. He came to the United States from India 37 years ago and has since built a practice at the intersection of financial leadership and human development. Raj holds an MBA and is a Maxwell Leadership Executive Program Certified Team Member at Executive Director level, a DISC Certified Consultant, a Licensed Neuroencoding Specialist, and a Cialdini Institute-trained influence practitioner.

CHRISTI TURNER-JONES — EQ-i 2.0, Hogan, DRiV
Christi brings more than 15 years of leadership development, talent management, and culture change experience across Fortune 500 and federal environments. She is certified in EQ-i 2.0, Hogan, and DRiV, and is known for helping senior leaders master strategic storytelling, raise emotional intelligence, and translate strategy into measurable results.

DONNA KUNDE — Leadership Facilitator — John Maxwell, DISC, Radio Show
Donna is a former U.S. Army leader with 20+ years delivering workshops, keynotes, and masterminds on leadership, communication, and team building. She trained more than 15,000 Round Table facilitators alongside Dr. John C. Maxwell’s team in Costa Rica and hosts her own leadership radio program. Her sessions are high-energy and built around actionable takeaways participants can apply the next day.

JUDY McMURTRY — Team Performance & Inclusive Leadership Coach
Judy is CEO of JM Excel Consultant, LLC, and facilitates practical programs on team performance, leadership, and inclusive workplace practices that strengthen communication, engagement, and diverse thinking. A former Delta/Northwest Station Manager, she brings real-world operations experience to culture and team performance work — a rare pairing of frontline management background and coaching craft.

Sheikh is an engineer-turned-coach with 20 years of leadership study and facilitation experience. As a John Maxwell Executive Director, he integrates neuroscience-informed methods and accelerated learning approaches to elevate communication, conflict resolution, and team cohesion across diverse organizations.
