Coaching That Produces Change Your Stakeholders Can Actually Name.
Because "she seems more strategic now" isn't a coaching outcome — it's a hunch.
One-on-one executive coaching, senior team coaching, and Leadership Application Labs — grounded in behavioral science, applied practice, and 30 years of nonprofit CFO and organizational leadership experience.
Coaching That Produces Verifiable Behavior Change.
Executive coaching has a credibility problem. Too much of it produces “insight” without producing measurable change in how the executive actually leads.
We design our coaching engagements against that outcome from day one. Every engagement is anchored to two or three specific behaviors the executive is trying to change — behaviors their board, their CEO, or their team can verify. Every 90 days, we run a formal check-in with the executive’s key stakeholders to measure whether the change is actually landing.
Our coaches include certified practitioners in EQ-i 2.0, Hogan, DRiV, DISC, and Neuroencoding — with deep experience across Fortune 500 environments, federal leadership contexts, and nonprofit executive roles.
Who We Coach.
Executive directors and CEOs stepping into higher-stakes roles.
Senior leaders navigating transitions — post-merger integration, organizational transformation, funding pivot, or program launch.
Federal leaders and senior civil servants preparing for expanded responsibilities.
Boards and CEOs investing in high-potential leaders.
Senior teams that have hit a pattern they can’t break on their own.
Executives transitioning between industries, sectors, or organizational scales.
Coaching Formats.
One-on-One Executive Coaching
Individual engagements typically running 6 to 12 months, with structured monthly or bi-monthly sessions. Every engagement begins with a diagnostic phase — 360-degree feedback, DISC or EQ-i 2.0 assessment, stakeholder interviews — followed by focused coaching on specific behavioral goals.
Senior Team Coaching
Team coaching for intact senior leadership teams, typically 6 to 12 executives.
Leadership Application Labs
Small-group virtual coaching sessions — typically 4 to 8 leaders — where participants bring real workplace situations and get real-time coaching.
New-Role Transition Coaching
Focused engagements for executives entering a new role. Typically 90 to 180 days.
Board and CEO Advisory Coaching
Coaching engagements where the executive’s primary challenge is board dynamics, board-CEO relationship, or governance-level leadership decisions.
All engagements include stakeholder check-ins at 90-day intervals to verify behavior change is landing.
What Changes Over the Course of an Engagement.
Concrete outcomes clients typically report over a 6-to-12-month engagement:
- Two or three verified behavior changes that the executive’s stakeholders can name specifically
- A shift in how the executive is perceived by their board, team, or peer group
- Better decision-making in the executive’s highest-stakes situations
- A leadership philosophy the executive can articulate and act on consistently
- Stronger executive presence in board meetings and public-facing situations
- Improved handling of the specific situation that triggered the engagement
- A durable coaching relationship the executive can return to for future transitions
Measurable change. Not just insight.

Frequently Asked Questions.
How long is a typical coaching engagement?
Individual executive coaching typically runs 6 to 12 months. Team coaching often runs 9 to 18 months. New-role transition coaching is usually 90 to 180 days.
Do you coach virtually or in person?
Both. Most coaching sessions happen virtually. Team coaching often benefits from at least some in-person sessions.
Which coach will I work with?
Every engagement starts with Raj Kapur — the discovery call is with him personally. Based on the coaching goal and fit, Raj either takes the engagement himself or matches you to the coach on our team whose specialization fits best.
Do you use assessments?
Sometimes. We use assessments when they'll accelerate the coaching. If an assessment won't change what we work on, we skip it.
How is an engagement scoped?
Every engagement is custom-scoped after the discovery call.
Do you coach teams as well as individuals?
Yes. Senior team coaching is one of our most requested formats.
